CUSTOM-BUILT FUELCULTURE TJ JEEP WRANGLER
In our April newsletter we featured a custom Ford Focus ST – built by Joey Redmond of Fuelculture ¬– that exhibited a rare combination of style and performance. Not only was the Focus featured in the Ford booth at last year’s SEMA Show, but this fine-tuned work of art also held it’s own against high-performance European sports cars a recent Targa Trophy road rally in San Diego, CA. We also proudly noted that Redmond chose GT Radial Champiro HPY 235/25ZR19 to help him put the power to the road.
While the Fuelculture Ford Focus ST in being fine-tuned in preparation for the next round of the Targa Trophy road rally in Los Angeles, Redmond and the crew at Fuelculture.com opt to display their versatility with another eye-catching show piece: the custom Fuelculture TJ Jeep Wrangler. This Jeep is a stunner and has already made several appearances at the SEMA show.
Fuelculture.com is a reliable resource for the do-it-yourself type; the website has an extensive archive of how-to videos and tutorials. Redmond’s Wrangler build includes a long list of premium aftermarket parts like an AEM intake, a SPEC Stage-1 clutch, and a Rugged Ridge XHD front bumper / 8,500lb winch combination; videos each of these installations are available in the Fuelculture.com archives.
This rugged off-road Wrangler is mounted on 15-inch Mamba Type M13 wheels and GT Radial Adventuro M/T 33×12.50R15LT tires; both of which are prominently displayed on a full-page Mamba ad in the May edition of Recoil Magazine. All of the hard work is paying off for Redmond and the Fuelculture crew, as their efforts have garnered acclaim from enthusiasts and industry experts alike. The sky is the limit for Fuelculture and we can’t wait to see what they have in store.
A complete listing of the build sheet for the Fuelculture TJ Jeep Wrangler can be found on JK-Forum.com and installation tutorial videos are listed in the archives of Fuelculture.com. You can also stay in the know by following Fuelculture on Facebook.
