RICHBURG, SC (Feb. 13, 2020) \u2013 GT Radial is returning to Formula DRIFT<\/a>, North America\u2019s professional drifting competition, in 2020.<\/p>\n

The brand has been in the US market for more than 25 years and proven to deliver quality, performance, durability and value. Furthermore, several GT Radial product lines are produced in the company\u2019s newest manufacturing plant in South Carolina<\/em>.\u00a0Joining Formula Drift will\u00a0allow\u00a0GT Radial to\u00a0demonstrate\u00a0its engineering\u00a0capabilities and product performances in the most extreme conditions for tires.<\/p>\n

For it\u2019s come back, three up-and-coming drivers officially joined the GT Radial Formula DRIFT team at the company\u2019s South Carolina plant today and witnessed first-hand the production of the GT Radial extreme performance SX2 RS tires they will be competing on.<\/p>\n

The day\u2019s events included an introduction of the drivers to senior management, R&D team, South Carolina\u2019s plant production team, and an official signing ceremony. The drivers toured the plant and R&D center and enjoyed an up close and personal look at how tires are made.<\/p>\n
